Broxbourne Carpets is a trading name of Interweb360 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09833364), registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. We are an independent enquiry service, not a carpet or flooring company. Contact us about your data at steve@interweb360.co.uk.
We use your details to handle your enquiry and, with your consent, to pass it to one independent local carpet fitter who covers your area so they can contact you about the job. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give using the tick box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; this does not affect anything already done.
We also keep a record of enquiries and introductions, and use technical information to prevent spam and fraud, because we have a legitimate interest in running the service securely and handling any questions or disputes.
Engineers may pay us a fee for introductions. We do not share your details with anyone else or use them to send you marketing.
We delete enquiry records 12 months after we receive them, unless we need them longer to deal with a complaint or legal claim.
You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or send it to you in a portable format. Email steve@interweb360.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you. Cloudflare's spam protection may use technology that is strictly necessary to keep the form secure.
With your permission only, we also use Google Analytics. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) to show us how people use the site and which pages lead to enquiries. Google LLC processes this data for us and may handle it outside the UK under recognised safeguards. We keep analytics data for no longer than 14 months and do not use it for advertising.
Google Analytics stays off unless you choose “Accept analytics”. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings, which also removes the cookies if you turn it off.
